Toe2 Toe accepts Visa (except Visa Electron), MasterCard, Switch and Solo.

WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT?
We will only debit your card when we dispatch your shoes to you.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Toe 2 Toe can only dispatch items to the billing address of the cardholder.
We operate an address verification system for your security.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted in
2-3 working days.

SIZES
All sizes are shown in UK sizes.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch your order in 5-6 working days.

UK: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

Western Europe: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order
for delivery.

Rest of the world: Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order
for delivery.

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED

UK: Your items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

International: Your items are sent by Royal Mail Swift Air.
On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in good condition within 28 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:
